Several patients provided suggestions for improvement:

  • Improving parking (Montgomery) – We made some significant parking changes in late July and hope you have noticed that parking is more accessible.  
  • Extend evening hours in Montgomery and Radford/Pulaski – The Montgomery clinic will be open on Saturday, effective August 3rd, and will open for evening hours in early fall.
  • Expand dental services to include a pediatric specialist – A pediatric dentist has been hired and will start at the Center in September. 
  • Providing transportation services 
  • Providing eye exams

The following services received more than 10% of patient requests as a need for expanded services. 

  • Eye exams and glasses (20%) – Please check out the lobby for “readers” free of charge to patients!
  • On-site X-rays (14%) 
  • More complex dental services/dentures (12%)
  • Mammograms (10%) 

The Board of Directors and Center Leadership are reviewing your feedback closely and identifying way ways to make changes based on your feedback. Your opinions and experience matter to us.
