The Community Health Center of the New River Valley (CHCNRV) is adding Saturday hours for walk-in medical appointments under the name CHCNRV PromptCare. Starting August 3, the Christiansburg Center will be open from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM every Saturday to provide fast and affordable same-day medical services to the community. The expanded hours enhance accessibility and convenience for patients who may find it challenging to visit during the week and offer options for people with illnesses.
“Our mission is to provide high-quality, affordable medical, dental, behavioral, and preventive health care services to individuals of all ages, regardless of their ability to pay,” said Michelle Brauns, Chief Executive Officer of CHCNRV. “CHCNRV PromptCare underscores the Center’s commitment to this mission and its dedication to the well-being of people in the New River Valley.”
