May is Mental Health Awareness month

Since 1949, health care organizations across the country have observed May as Mental Health Month. While one in five people will experience a mental illness during their lifetime, everyone faces challenges in life that can impact their mental health.

You can talk to a local counselor without leaving your home. Call us to reach a provider if you need help. We can even register you as a patient on-line.
