Meagan Arthur joins Community Health Center as Director of Nursing, Quality Improvement and Patient Safety

Meagan A. Arthur, MSN, RB, FNP-BC, has joined Community Health Center of the New River Valley as Director of Nursing, Quality Improvement and Patient Safety. In her new role, she will assist medical staff through developing and monitoring processes to ensure the safety of patient-centered care while enhancing the effectiveness of the services provided.

We are pleased Meagan has joined our staff to focus on continuing to deliver quality services every day.” 

Arthur has more than ten years of nursing experience working in the Roanoke and New River Valleys. She received her bachelor’s degree from Concord College, an associate degree in Nursing from Bluefield State College, a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Nursing from West Virginia University, and is currently completing her Doctor of Nursing Practice at Radford University. 

She holds multistate privileges as a Registered Nurse and is licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in Virginia. She is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She has also served as a faculty member for nursing instruction at Radford University School of Nursing.
