Several patients provided suggestions for improvement:
- Improving parking (Montgomery) – We made some significant parking changes in late July and hope you have noticed that parking is more accessible.
- Extend evening hours in Montgomery and Radford/Pulaski – The Montgomery clinic will be open on Saturday, effective August 3rd, and will open for evening hours in early fall.
- Expand dental services to include a pediatric specialist – A pediatric dentist has been hired and will start at the Center in September.
- Providing transportation services
- Providing eye exams
The following services received more than 10% of patient requests as a need for expanded services.
- Eye exams and glasses (20%) – Please check out the lobby for “readers” free of charge to patients!
- On-site X-rays (14%)
- More complex dental services/dentures (12%)
- Mammograms (10%)
