We have returned to normal operations. Mask usage is optional throughout all Center sites.
Please notify the Patient Access Team at check-in if you are experiencing respiratory symptoms (coughing, sneezing, nasal congestion, sore throat), or have a fever or muscle aches. Patients with any of these identified symptoms will be asked to wear a mask to reduce the spread of respiratory illnesses.
The Center will continually monitor and assess our community risk to determine what is best practice for our staff and patients.
