CHCNRV is monitoring the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19), we are following strict CDC infection prevenstion guidelines to ensure the safety of our patients and staff.
When calling for an appointment, your provider will determine if you need to be seen in the office or if your visit can be done via Telehealth. When you come to the office for your scheduled appointment, please call from your car to let us know you have arrived, and we will give you further instructions as our lobby doors remain locked.
If you have symptoms or have a risk of exposure to COVID-19, we ask that you call CHCNRV before coming to the Center. Over the phone, we will be able to determine the best course of action and treatment for your symptoms.
Our dental department is open for all procedures. This includes dentures and hygiene appointments. Our staff are calling patients who have been on our waiting list first. We will schedule all other patients with the next available time slot. Emergencies and children are our priority. When you get to our office for your scheduled appointment, please call and a staff member will instruct you further.
For everyone’s safety, only patients will be allowed in the Center. We ask that others remain at home or wait in their vehicle so that we can better manage any potential for the spread of germs. We appreciate your patience with our new procedures.
Medication Pick-up: please call us from your car and someone will bring your medication to you.
Thank you for your understanding as we do our best to ensure patient safety.
